Well, if you win royal rumble, you get a title shot in a fixed match at wrestlemania, but with money in the bank, you can just come in when ever you want, where ever you want, and have you shot, even when the title holder is already just been in a match.
So, what do you think has the bigger advantage? Royal rumble or Mitb?

MITB has a better chance, there arnt as many superstars that you are up against, so you do have a better chance of winning that
BQ. MITB has high flying moves, but RR has some hilarious moment. i like both
MITB winner, because he can cash it in at ANYTIME, while the RR winner has to usually wait till WM to do it
Royal Rumble I perfer to watch, but I like MITB too. Good question.

duh MITB, I prefer watching MITB as well too because I get bored watching and waiting for all 30 men to come while MITB participants are mostly fast and offensive on kicking

Royal Rumble :
You’ve basically won the chance to become great, legendary, you know? You’ve secured yourself a main event at the biggest PPV of the year. The disadavantage is that your opponent has time to prepare for the match.
MITB :
Cash it in for a major title at any time? Sounds good to me. It’s exciting because you could cash it in at any time. Even at WM itself. The disadvantage is that your victory could be called unfair and / or a fluke win.
Personally I think the MITB winner has the greater advanage. You can practically guarantee yourself a title with it.
BQ :
I can honestly say they’re equally exciting for me. Royal Rumble? 30 Superstars? It’s just so unpredictable and the start of the Road To WrestleMania. It can effect storylines in many ways, and has to be one of my favourite matches each year.
Money In The Bank is very exciting too. Like, come on, it’s WrestleMania for crying out loud. So much hype leading into it, and like a ‘Rumble win, it can really have an unpredictable effect on storylines.
So my answer? Both!

MiTB without Question.
The Royal Rumble is GREAT , No doubt.
But the MiTB is a SURE thing.
Remember: As of before Orton winning , only 70% of RR winners has gone on to win the Title at WM.
And hardly any of the Winners have TRULY Main Evented their Respective WM’s. (Batista is the last RR winner to Truly Main Event WM after winning the RR). (Main Event is the LAST match on the card).
Winning MiTB is a SURE thing , and you are Guaranteed to become a World Champion.
All 4 men who have Won/Held (With the Exception of Mr. Kennedy , but Edge did still Cash In mind you) MiTB have gone on to Become a World Champion.
They’re NOT gonna have a MiTB Cash In , & Lose.
That would Defeat the Entire Purpose of the Concept.
MiTB is Designed to Put Mid Carders into the Main Event.
We all know the Future of WWE by who wins MiTB.
The RR – Not so much.
Even if you win , doesn’t mean you’re gonna win a title , or even Main Event a WM.
Plus , the Winner is Usually already a Main Eventer anyway.
